Purchased from Wendy's Cincinnati Bride 2011. Paid just over 2000. Worn once for wedding and reception. Professionally cleaned. Full disclosure, the very bottom has some discoloration that wouldn't come clean but I am very tall and wore very high heels so for most people, several inches would have to be removed from the bottom anyway. Price is low because of this.
