This dress was breathtaking yet extremely comfortable and easy to wear. Attached at the waistline is a sparkling rhinestone belt. It would be stunning for any venue. Dress has been altered with a french bustle. The dazzling rhinestone belt is attached to the dress at the waist however is hand stitched on and could easily be removed if you would like to pair the dress with a different belt or sash.
